Ky-Mani's birthplace in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976 is one of most famous and rich Reggae singers. He was in Shottas, a cult film with Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records where he recorded his first album in the year 1996. like Father Like Son and several singles, including Judge Not with Patra followed by Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap is (remix) and Sensimelia All of these contributed to his increasing popularity among the new wave of reggae singers.
